User guidelines – How to download an app?

You can access the OT-Europe 2024 Program through the Ex Ordo app.

To preview this guide on your phone, you’ll need to do the following:

1. Download the Ex Ordo app on your phone from either the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android)
2. The installation process will take a few minutes. Once the app is installed, click the Ex Ordo icon that now appears on your phone screen.
3. You will need to enter a Passphrase to download the congress guide. To keep the loggin secure, we sent the passphrase to all registered participants. If you need to request a passphrase, please contact us on info@ot-europe2024.com
4. Once you have downloaded the app, go to “Find Guides” at the bottom right of the screen. Then to find the OT-Europe2024 guide, tap on “Have a passphrase” and add the passphrase.  Then tap “Download Guide” (above the map) to add the OT-Europe2024 guide to your app and begin using it.
5. If you would like to receive notifications from the congress organisers and interact with other users of the guide you will have to log in. Here is an article that explains the process – Check in and Connect

NOTE: You have to create a new account for logging into the guide. Your Ex Ordo credentials won’t be recognised in the mobile app when you try to log in.
