Dear participant of the 1st OT Europe Congress,

In preparation for the 2nd Occupational Therapy Europe Congress, we would like to gather your anonymous feedback on the 1st Occupational Therapy Congress and the pre-congress sessions held in Krakow from 15th to 19th October 2024.

The results of this survey will be shared with the Occupational Therapy Europe Executive and the Polish Association of Occupational Therapy, who co-hosted the Congress. A summary of the results will also be shared with the Boards of the Council of Occupational Therapists in European Countries (COTEC), the European Network of Occupational Therapists in Higher Education (ENOTHE), and the Research into Occupational Therapy and Occupational Science Foundation (ROTOS).

Please note that the information collected from this survey will only be used to inform the organization of future congresses and will not be used for any other purpose.
